Structural and magmatic evolution in the Loimaa area, southwestern Finland [PDF]
Within the Loimaa area there is a junction of the general E-W structural trend of southern Finland and a NW-N-NE curving trend. The structure of the area is dominated by ductile D3 and D4 deformations with E-W and N-S axial traces, respectively.

Thermal structure and exhumation history of the Lesser Himalaya in central Nepal [PDF]
The Lesser Himalaya (LH) consists of metasedimentary rocks that have been scrapped off from the underthrusting Indian crust and accreted to the mountain range over the last ~20 Myr. It now forms a significant fraction of the Himalayan collisional orogen.

Structural geology of the Earth's exterior [PDF]
Plate tectonics offers an explanation for the present motions and heterogeneity of the rocks that form the external part of the Earth. It explains the origin of the first-order heterogeneity of oceanic and continental lithospheres. Furthermore, it explains the youth and simplicity of the oceanic lithosphere and offers the potential to explain the ...
