Phonological effect on structural priming
Numerous studies have established that speakers have the tendency to form utterances by reusing previously experienced sentence structures (i.e., structural priming).

Agreement groups circuits for a unified account of syntactic priming: Theory and applications
The present paper seeks to highlight qualitative congruencies between empirical data from behavioural experiments on linguistic structural priming and insights obtained from the Agreement Groups (AG) approach, a cognitive, usage-based, distributional ...

Composites are members of an infinite number of infinite arithmetic series. It is shown here that primes are members of an infinite number of finite linear arithmetic series. Is is shown here for a range of small primes. For very large range of primes there is no reason for this to be not valid.

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

The psycholinguistics of shining-through effects in translation: cross-linguistic structural priming or serial lexical co-activation? [PDF]
The manuscript explores the psycholinguistic processes responsible for cross-linguistic influence in translation. In two experimental studies with professional translators-intraining, we investigate the psycholinguistic foundations of shining-through ...

Biophysical approaches for studying viral entry
Viruses infect all living organisms and have been responsible for major epidemics and pandemics. Their ongoing evolutionary battle with host defenses creates a constant need for improved tools to study viral behavior. Advancing methods to probe viral attachment, fusion, and genome release deepen our understanding of how infections begin and support the

Is Syntactic Priming from Multiple Speakers Stronger?
Syntactic priming in dialogue occurs when exposure to a particular syntactic structure implicitly induces a speaker’s subsequent preference for the same syntactic structures in their own speech.

Stronger Syntactic Alignment in the Presence of an Interlocutor
Speakers are influenced by the linguistic context: hearing one syntactic alternative leads to an increased chance that the speaker will repeat this structure in the subsequent utterance (i.e., syntactic priming, or structural persistence).

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.
