Endometrial Assembloid Model Reveals Endometrial Gland Development Regulation by Estradiol‐Driven WNT7B Suppression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study developed a 3D endometrial assembloid model to study how uterine glands form and develop. They discovered key interactions between different cell types and identified WNT7B as a regulator controlled by estradiol‐mediated TGFβ1‐VDR interaction.

A comparison of structural reform scenarios across the EU member states - Simulation-based analysis using the QUEST model with endogenous growth [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper calibrates the Roeger-Varga-Veld (2008) micro-founded DSGE model with endogenous growth for all EU member states using country specific structural characteristics and employs the individual country models to analyse the macroeconomic impact of

Lipid Droplet‐Localized Spindle Apparatus Coiled‐Coil Protein 1 Regulates Lipid Droplet Distribution

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SPDL1‐L, a long isoform of SPDL1, is identified as a bona fide lipid droplet‐associated protein that acts as a dynein adaptor to drive perinuclear clustering of lipid droplets. By linking lipid droplets to the microtubule network, SPDL1‐L extends the function of SPDL1 beyond mitosis and contributes to lipid droplet organization and nuclear remodeling ...
