The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

Chemical synthesis on SU-8

Chem. Commun., 2011
In this paper we describe a highly effective surface modification of SU-8 microparticles, the attachment of appropriate linkers for solid-supported synthesis, and the successful chemical modification of these particles via controlled multi-step organic synthesis leading to molecules attached in an unambiguous manner to the support surface.

SU-8 resonator antenna

2010 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium, 2010
Originally developed and patented by IBM in 1989 and commercially introduced by MicroChem Corporation in 1996, SU-8 rapidly found wide use in UV and X-ray lithography as a negative tone photoresist for microsystem technology applications [1]. Its very low optical absorption in UV and X-ray ranges leads to uniform exposure conditions for thicknesses up ...

Straight SU-8 pins

Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, 2010
SU-8 can be patterned with high resolution, is flexible and tough. These characteristics qualify SU-8 as a material for making spotting pins for printing DNA and protein microarrays, and it can potentially replace the commonly used silicon and steel pins that are expensive, brittle in the case of silicon and can damage the substrate during the printing

SU-8 Optical Accelerometers

Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems, 2007
This paper presents the optimization and characterization of SU-8 quad beam optical accelerometers based on intensity modulation. An applied acceleration causes a misalignment between three waveguides, resulting in variation of losses. Mechanical simulations have focused on the evaluation of sensitivity and the design of a robust junction between the ...

Hyperunification in SU(8)

Physical Review D, 1981
An SU(8) model is suggested for a unified gauge model of the electroweak, color, and hypercolor interactions. The known quarks and leptons are either fundamental fermions or their spin-\textonehalf{} bound states. The model presented does not contain the disputed $t$ quark.

Maximal supergravities in SU(8/1)

Physical Review D, 1989
It is shown that four- and ten-dimensional chiral maximal supergravities can be described in SU(8/1) superalgebra. The supermultiplets of both of these theories belong to an irreducible representation of SU(8/1). Dimensional reduction is also discussed.

Viscoelastic Material Properties of SU-8 and Carbon-Nanotube-Reinforced SU-8 Materials

Electronic and Photonic Packaging, Electrical Systems Design and Photonics, and Nanotechnology, 2006
The viscoelastic material properties of SU-8 and carbon nanotube-reinforced SU-8 composite material are characterized by tensile testing. Dogbone samples of 0.1mm thickness are prepared by micro-fabrication process, which is composed of spin coat, soft bake, expose, and post exposure bake.
