Synchronous Surgical Therapy for Bilateral Multiple Pulmonary Nodules: A Single‐Center Analysis of 108 Cases

The study included 108 patients admitted to Peking University Third Hospital from January 2015 to December 2025. The most common surgical combination was wedge resection + wedge resection (44.4%). Single‐allergen dust mite subcutaneous immunotherapy achieved 68.8% perennial symptom response rate in polysensitised allergic rhinitis patients. High mould and dust mite sIgE levels predicted poor allergen immunotherapy response, which indicated allergen‐specific sIgE levels may help guide personalised allergen immunotherapy decisions.
