Structural disruption in subjective cognitive decline and mild cognitive impairment
Brain Imaging and BehaviorSubjective cognitive decline (SCD) marks the initial stage in Alzheimer's disease continuum. Nonetheless, current research findings regarding brain structural changes in the SCD are inconsistent. In this study, 37 SCD patients, 28 mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients, and 42 healthy controls (HC) were recruited to investigate structural alterations.
