ABSTRACT Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC) encompasses several hundred conditions with diverse genetic, pathophysiological, and clinical origins. The overarching EXPLAIN study explores underlying causes and implications of AMC and represents the largest clinical cohort of adults with AMC reported to date.
