Slavistična Revija, 2016 The paper articulates Bakhtin's dialogism and Ducrot's polyphonic theory of enunciation as possible theoretical starting points for the reconstruction of the lyrical subject. In the first place, it deals with Bakhtin's assumptions on monologic nature of poetry and refutates them by his later concepts of metalinguistics.
