This study demonstrated significant treatment efficacy and safety of incobotulinumtoxinA injection in Japanese patients with chronic sialorrhea caused by Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions. Suppression of salivary secretion and improvement in drooling symptoms were also observed throughout 48 weeks.

A Case of Metastasis in the Maxillary Gingiva From Colon Adenocarcinoma
ABSTRACT We report a case of metastatic colon adenocarcinoma discovered following the diagnosis of maxillary gingival carcinoma. The patient underwent a systemic workup for suspected adenocarcinoma of the maxillary gingiva, which revealed sigmoid colon cancer with metastases in other organs.
