Crystallization of Cathode Active Material Precursors from Tartaric Acid Solution
This work investigates a novel approach for closing the gap between recycling and production of lithium‐ion battery cathode material. The new concept is based on antisolvent crystallization of metal carboxylates, which can be directly used as precursors in production of cathode material.

Wave Attenuation by Submerged Oscillating Plates [PDF]
Abstract Submerged oscillating plates are used as heaving plates to reduce the motion of floating objects, in wave energy devices to extract the wave energy, and as breakwaters to attenuate the wave field in shallow water. In this study, we consider a horizontal, submerged plate in shallow water that is allowed to oscillate in the ...

Solitary Waves Incident on a Submerged Horizontal Plate
Journal of Waterway, Port, Coastal and Ocean Engineering, 2014AbstractWave scattering of a solitary wave traveling over a submerged horizontal plate was studied. Experiments for normal incidence were conducted in a wave flume, with a horizontal plate suspended at two different depths in the middle of the flume.
