Dynamic generalized principal component analysis with applications to fault subspace modeling

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2022
In order to solve the problem of inaccurate modeling of fault subspace, traditional fault subspace modeling method did not consider the fact that fault data contain both normal and fault condition information, or did not consider the dynamic factors in ...

Coherent Control of Nitrogen Nuclear Spins via the VB−${\rm V}_B^-$‐Center in Hexagonal Boron Nitride

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates coherent control of 15N nuclear spins coupled to VB−${\text{V}}_{\text{B}}^{-}$ centers in isotope‐enriched hexagonal boron nitride. Selective addressing via spin‐state mixing enables Rabi driving, quantum gates, and coherence times exceeding 10 μs$\umu{\rm s}$.

Robust auto-weighted multi-view subspace clustering with common subspace representation matrix. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2017
In many computer vision and machine learning applications, the data sets distribute on certain low-dimensional subspaces. Subspace clustering is a powerful technology to find the underlying subspaces and cluster data points correctly.

Flexible Inner-Outer Krylov Subspace Methods [PDF]

open access: yesSIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis, 2002
Flexible Krylov methods refer to a class of methods which accept preconditioning that can change from one step to the next. An important special case is found when a fixed preconditioner is only approximated and the approximation changes from one step to the next.

Continual Learning for Multimodal Data Fusion of a Soft Gripper

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Models trained on a single data modality often struggle to generalize when exposed to a different modality. This work introduces a continual learning algorithm capable of incrementally learning different data modalities by leveraging both class‐incremental and domain‐incremental learning scenarios in an artificial environment where labeled data is ...

Advancing Dry Electroencephalography With Scalable, Soft, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation‐Compatible Ti3C2Tx MXene Electrodes for Research and Clinical‐Grade Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dry soft Ti3C2Tx MXene electroencephalography (EEG) electrodes provide low impedance (2.1 ± 1.8 kΩ at 10 Hz), long‐term stability, and enable safe simultaneous EEG and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Across scalp sites, hair types, and recording paradigms, including steady state visual evoked potentials (SSVEP), clinical EEG, and mobile EEG ...

Spatial Profiling Reveals Distinct Molecular and Immune Evolution of Mouse Lung Adenocarcinoma Precancers with or Without Carcinogen Exposure

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tumor evolution in lung adenocarcinoma is shaped by genetic alterations and spatial immune dynamics. By integrating whole‐exome sequencing, imaging mass cytometry, and spatial transcriptomics across two mouse models, this study reveals how mutational burden, immune infiltration, and cell–state interactions evolve during early and late carcinogenesis ...

Spot Position Extraction Based on High-resolution Parametric Subspace Method without Eigen decomposition

open access: yesWasit Journal of Engineering Sciences, 2013
This paper presents a subspace method of spot centroiding algorithm for locating the centers of laser spots. It focuses on how to find the position of the activated pixel which is the position of the imaged spot on the detector of the camera using ...
