OESOPHAGEAL SUBSTITUTION*

Fourteen patients with oesophageal atresia, either isolated or with trachea‐oesophageal atresia have had reconstruction using a reversed gastric tube, developed from the greater curvature of the stomach. The technique of the procedure and the results in these patients are described.
