Miniaturized Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) Power Dividers

IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, 2016
In this letter, compact substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) power dividers are presented. Both equal and unequal power divisions are considered. A quarter-wavelength long wedge shape SIW structure is used for the power division. Direct coaxial feed is used for the input port and SIW-to-microstrip transitions are used for the output ports.

Symmetric dual-mode filter based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW)

Electrical Engineering, 2006
A planar four-pole dual-mode filter with symmetric transmission response based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is proposed. The filter centered at 10 GHz, consisting of two TE102–TE201 dual-mode SIW cavities, is implemented in a single layer substrate by PCB process.

Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW)

2021 XXXIVth General Assembly and Scientific Symposium of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI GASS), 2021
Guided-wave structures are no doubt the most fundamental building elements of high-frequency antennas, circuits and systems. They are usually composed of metallic and dielectric topologies or mixed forms of both, which are made in the form of planar and non-planar geometries, depending on design approaches, processing technologies and application ...

Investigation on Tolerances of Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW)

2007 Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference, 2007
In this paper, the substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is investigated into the effects of tolerances using the sensitivity approach. The changes in characteristics of transmission line due to the tolerances of its parameters have been analyzed to evaluate the worst case behavior.
