International Journal of Electronics, 2005Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) can be used to implement high Q waveguide components with the same easy and low-cost fabrication process as planar circuits. Symmetric dual-mode filter based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW)
Electrical Engineering, 2006A planar four-pole dual-mode filter with symmetric transmission response based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is proposed. The filter centered at 10 GHz, consisting of two TE102–TE201 dual-mode SIW cavities, is implemented in a single layer substrate by PCB process.

X-band substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) slot antenna array
2013 International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON), 20132×4 element waveguide-slot antenna array at 8 GHz is described. Antenna is built using substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technology. Simulated and measured radiation patterns and reflection coefficient are presented.

Planar Resonator Embedded Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) Cavity Filter
2018 48th European Microwave Conference (EuMC), 2018Two capacitor loaded planar resonators are introduced in a two-cavity substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) structure to obtain a fourth order filter. The planar resonators each produce a transmission zero by signal interference. Design methodology for a 5 % bandwidth bandpass filter operating at 2.35 GHz is presented in the paper.

A novel three-order substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) Filter
2012 International Conference on Computational Problem-Solving (ICCP), 2012A novel triple-mode resonator is presented. This resonator is composed of a cavity with a cruciform slot on the top metal layer, and the cruciform slot increases the number of resonance frequency from one to three. Novel dual-mode substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) bandpass filter
2016 IEEE International Conference on Microwave and Millimeter Wave Technology (ICMMT), 2016In this paper, a novel dual-mode substrate integrated waveguide resonator which is a square SIW cavity perturbed by a rectangle metallic plane inserted into the middle of the substrate. With this type of dual-mode substrate integrated waveguide cavity, a novel fourth-order bandpass filter is presented.
