Trade Unions and Sustainability: An Integrative Review

This article presents an integrative review of 110 peer‐reviewed English‐language academic articles on this topic, indexed in Scopus and Web of Science and published between 1997 and early 2025.

Autonomous and Communicative Microcapsule Systems for Life‐Like Homeostatic pH Regulation
Small, EarlyView.A dual‐microcapsule system mimicking biological homeostasis is developed, enabling programmable pH oscillations through antagonistic enzymatic feedback. Monodisperse urease and esterase capsules, produced via hybrid‐junction 3D‐printed microfluidics with epoxy‐modified channels, exhibit adaptive shell permeability and inter‐capsule communication.
