The Mine Locomotive Wireless Network Strategy Based on Successive Interference Cancellation

open access: yesSensors, 2015
We consider a wireless network strategy based on successive interference cancellation (SIC) for mine locomotives. We firstly build the original mathematical model for the strategy which is a non-convex model.

Multimodal Haptic Perception Through Synergistic Nanocomposite Sensor Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Multi‐modal fingertip haptics are advanced through a bioinspired &vertical‐via' electronic skin architecture. A confined PDMS/MWCNT/NiNP nanocomposite, sitting at the percolation threshold, enables tactile, thermal, and magnetic sensing. A unique via‐density gradient and dedicated &Un‐Touch' reference nodes provide robust spatial resolution and signal ...

Multidirectional Motion Strategy of Miniature Water Surface Robot Actuated by Single Exciter

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
A novel multidirectional motion strategy on the water surface based on a single exciter is proposed, and a single‐exciter single‐plate module is developed for actuation. The driving forces generation mechanism of the module is revealed from the perspective of the asymmetric surface wave field.

Multimodal Human–Robot Interaction Using Human Pose Estimation and Local Large Language Models

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
A multimodal human–robot interaction framework integrates human pose estimation (HPE) and a large language model (LLM) for gesture‐ and voice‐based robot control. Speech‐to‐text (STT) enables voice command interpretation, while a safety‐aware arbitration mechanism prioritizes gesture input for rapid intervention.

Context-aware link scheduling in static wireless networks with successive interference cancellation

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2012
Greedy link scheduling based on the physical model was studied in a static wireless network with SIC.In general, there were two major stages in a greedy scheduling scheme, link selection,i.e.,to decide which link was scheduled next, and time slot selection ...
