Influence of Stark Shift on Entanglement of Two Qubits in the Two-Photon Tavis-Cummings Model

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2015
Considering two-atom degenerate two-photon Tavis-Cummings model, we investigate the entanglement between two atoms prepared initially in the coherent disentangled states and cavity field prepared in few-photon Fock state, and study the effect of the ...

Exact dynamics of interacting qubits in a thermal environment: results beyond the weak coupling limit

open access: yesNew Journal of Physics, 2013
We demonstrate an exact mapping of a class of models of two interacting qubits in thermal reservoirs to two separate problems of spin–boson-type systems.

Entanglement sudden death in qubit–qutrit systems [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters A, 2008
We demonstrate the existence of entanglement sudden death (ESD), the complete loss of entanglement in finite time, in qubit-qutrit systems. In particular, ESD is shown to occur in such systems initially prepared in a one-parameter class of entangled mixed states and then subjected to local dephasing noise.

Two distinguishable impurities in BEC: squeezing and entanglement of two Bose polarons

open access: yesSciPost Physics, 2019
We study entanglement and squeezing of two uncoupled impurities immersed in a Bose-Einstein condensate. We treat them as two quantum Brownian particles interacting with a bath composed of the Bogoliubov modes of the condensate.

Entanglement dynamics in anti-PT-symmetric systems

open access: yesPhysical Review Research, 2022
In the past years, many efforts have been made to study various noteworthy phenomena in both parity-time (PT) and anti-parity-time (APT) symmetric systems.

Enhancement of Sudden Death of Entanglement for Driven Qubits [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Low Temperature Physics, 2008
We study the recently discovered phenomena of sudden death of entanglement for a system of two qubits, each of them independently longitudinally damped by a reservoir and subjected to a continuous driving. We show that driving produces, in the interaction picture, an effective bath that has elements amounting to various extra sources of noise ...

Thermal entanglement in the three-qubit Tavis-Cummings model with Kerr nonlinearity

open access: yesКомпьютерная оптика
We obtained a solution of the Liouville equation for a system of three identical qubits interacting without detuning with a thermal field of a cavity with a Kerr medium, for two type of initial pure genuine W-entangled qubits states.

Sudden Death of Entanglement Induced by Polarization Mode Dispersion [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2011
We study the decoherence of polarization-entangled photon pairs subject to the effects of polarization mode dispersion, the chief polarization decoherence mechanism in optical fibers. We show that fiber propagation reveals an intriguing interplay between the concepts of entanglement sudden death, decoherence-free sub-spaces and non-locality.
