Gaussian quantum entanglement in curved spacetime

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2023
The influence of Hawking radiation on quantum entanglement for bimodal Gaussian states near a Schwarzschild black hole is investigated. It is shown that for a thermal squeezed state of a bimodal bosonic system the Hawking radiation reduces and even can ...

Information loss in local dissipation environments

open access: yes, 2009
The sensitivity of entanglement to the thermal and squeezed reservoirs' parameters is investigated regarding entanglement decay and what is called sudden-death of entanglement, ESD, for a system of two qubit pairs.

CAR T‐Cell Therapy in Neurology: A Scoping Review of Neuro‐Oncology, Autoimmune Diseases & Neurotoxicity

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy has been investigated in neurological diseases, encompassing both central nervous system malignancies and autoimmune disorders, thereby extending its application beyond hematological cancers.

Postponing Distillability Sudden Death in a Correlated Dephasing Channel

open access: yesEntropy, 2020
We investigated the dynamics of a two-qutrit system in a correlated quantum channel. The partial correlations between consecutive actions of the channel can effectively postpone the phenomenon of distillability sudden death (DSD) and broaden the range of

Entanglemnt in nonlinear three-qubits Jaynes — Cummings

open access: yesВестник Самарского университета: Естественнонаучная серия, 2023
In this paper, we investigated the dynamics of entanglement of pairs of qubits in a system of three identical qubits that interact non-resonantly with the selected mode of a microwave resonator without loss with the Kerr medium by means of single-photon ...

Entanglement invariant for the double Jaynes-Cummings model

open access: yes, 2007
We study entanglement dynamics between four qubits interacting through two isolated Jaynes-Cummings hamiltonians, via the entanglement measure based on the wedge product.

Timing Mechanotransduction: Mechanically Dynamic Biomaterials Reveal the Temporal Hierarchy of YAP/TAZ Control Nodes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work develops dynamically softening polyacrylamide hydrogels for time‐resolved imaging during continuous mechanical transitions. The study revealed that mechanotransduction is biphasic; YAP/TAZ inactivation is driven by early loss of the nucleocytoskeletal continuum connecting subnuclear adhesions, F‐actin, and the nuclear envelope, coupled with ...

Nonexistence of entanglement sudden death in dephasing of high NOON states [PDF]

open access: yesOptics Letters, 2009
We study the dynamics of entanglement in continuous variable quantum systems. Specifically, we study the phenomena of entanglement sudden death (ESD) in general two-mode-N-photon states undergoing pure dephasing. We show that for these circumstances, ESD never occurs.

Discovery of an Adaptive Neuroimmune Response Driving Itch and Fast Tick Removal with Implications for Preventing Pathogen Transmission

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Itch‐induced tick removal (IITR): An acquired neuroimmune mechanism, itch‐induced tick removal, develops after repeated tick exposure, mobilizing T cells and macrophages at the tick bite site to trigger a rapid scratching response that facilitates timely tick removal within a critical window that precedes the transmission of many tick‐borne pathogens ...
