Thermal entanglement in the three-qubit Tavis-Cummings model with Kerr nonlinearity
We obtained a solution of the Liouville equation for a system of three identical qubits interacting without detuning with a thermal field of a cavity with a Kerr medium, for two type of initial pure genuine W-entangled qubits states.

Open quantum system dynamics of X-states: Entanglement sudden death and sudden birth
In this paper, the origin of disentanglement for two specific sub-classes of [Formula: see text]-states namely maximally nonlocal mixed states (MNMSs) and maximally entangled mixed states (MEMSs) is investigated analytically for a physical system consisting of two spatially separated qubits interacting with a common vacuum bath.

Quantum discord and entanglement in grover search algorithm
Imperfections and noise in realistic quantum computers may seriously affect the accuracy of quantum algorithms. In this article we explore the impact of static imperfections on quantum entanglement as well as non-entangled quantum correlations in Grover ...

Information loss in local dissipation environments
The sensitivity of entanglement to the thermal and squeezed reservoirs' parameters is investigated regarding entanglement decay and what is called sudden-death of entanglement, ESD, for a system of two qubit pairs.

Non-classical correlation of cascaded photon pairs emitted from quantum dot
We studied the quantum correlation between the photon pairs generated by biexciton cascade decays of self-assembled quantum dots, and determined the temperature behavior associated with so-called sudden change of the quantum correlation. The relationship

Delayed (sudden) birth of entanglement [PDF]
The concept of time delayed creation of entanglement by the dissipative process of spontaneous emission is investigated. A threshold effect for the creation of entanglement is found that the initially unentangled qubits can be entangled after a finite ...

Gaussian quantum entanglement in curved spacetime
The influence of Hawking radiation on quantum entanglement for bimodal Gaussian states near a Schwarzschild black hole is investigated. It is shown that for a thermal squeezed state of a bimodal bosonic system the Hawking radiation reduces and even can ...

Entanglement dynamics of two-bipartite system under the influence of dissipative environments
An experimental scheme is suggested that permits a direct measure of entanglement in a two-qubit cavity system. It is realized in the cavity-QED technology utilizing atoms as flying qubits.
