Solution to Asymptotic Stability in Tracking Control of Nonlinear Systems With Control Input Differentiation, Actuator Dynamics, and Saturation Constraints

open access: yesIET Control Theory &Applications, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
The work delivers a rigorous mathematical framework for asymptotic tracking in nonlinear systems that explicitly include control‐input derivatives, actuator dynamics, and input saturation, with Lyapunov‐based proofs establishing convergence and robustness under their coupled effects.

Berwald-type inequalities for Sugeno integral with respect to ( α , m , r ) g ${ ( {\alpha,m,r} )_{g}}$ -concave functions

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2016
In this paper, we introduce the concept of an ( α , m , r ) g ${ ( {\alpha,m,r} )_{g}}$ -concave function as a generalization of a concave function. Then we establish Berwald-type inequalities for the Sugeno integral based on this kind of functions.

Dissipativity Analysis and Control for Takagi‐Sugeno Fuzzy Systems Under Sampled‐data Control via a Sampling‐point‐dependent Lyapunov Functional

open access: yesIET Control Theory &Applications, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
The main contribution of this paper is the consideration of information throughout the entire sampling period. By proposing a sampling point‐dependent Lyapunov functional, a new dissipative criterion and a sampled‐data control strategy are derived through the application of free‐matrix‐based integral inequalities.

Sandor Type Inequalities for Sugeno Integral with respect to General α,m,r-Convex Functions

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2015
The concept for general α,m,r-convex functions, as a generalization of convex functions, is introduced. Then, Sandor type inequalities for the Sugeno integral based on this kind of function are established.

Chebyshev Weighted Type Integral Inequality in Fuzzy and Abstract Spaces [PDF]

open access: yesSahand Communications in Mathematical Analysis
In this paper, we express and prove Chebyshev weighted type inequality for fuzzy integrals and in abstract spaces where the functions are strictly monotone functions. Furthermore, we have shown our results for n-th strictly monotone functions.

An Intelligent Robust Control Framework for Stability Enhancement in Renewable Energy Powered Hybrid AC/DC Microgrids With Integrated Hydrogen Energy Systems

open access: yesIET Energy Systems Integration, Volume 8, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
ABSTRACT Hybrid AC/DC microgrids that integrate photovoltaic, wind, battery and hydrogen energy systems are prone to DC‐bus voltage fluctuations because of their low inertia and converter‐based operation. This paper proposes a robust backstepping nonsingular fast terminal integral sliding mode controller that incorporates a virtual capacitor and a ...

On Sugeno integral as an aggregation function [PDF]

open access: yesFuzzy Sets and Systems, 2000
The author studies the Sugeno integral with respect to a discrete fuzzy measure \(\mu: 2^n\to [0,1]\) (i.e., a monotone function with \(\mu(\emptyset)= 0\) and \(\mu(\{1,\dots, n\})= 1\). Identifying a real-valued function on \(\{1,\dots, n\}\) with a vector \((x_1,\dots, x_n)\) the Sugeno integral is considered as aggregation function, i.e., a real ...

An Optimal Nonlinear Controller Design on Multilevel Boost Converter Using Reinforcement Learning

open access: yesIET Power Electronics, Volume 19, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
Multilevel DC‐DC boost converters are critical in renewable and electric vehicle applications but face stability issues under constant power loads. This study introduces a modified integral nonlinear terminal sliding mode controller (MINTSMC) optimized with deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) within a digital twin framework, validated on hardware‐

A Hybrid Interval Type 3 Fuzzy Logic Framework With Adaptive Learning for Nonlinear Control: Application to Type 1 Diabetes

open access: yesAdvances in Fuzzy Systems, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This paper presents a novel hybrid control strategy for a specific class of nonlinear systems based on interval Type 3 fuzzy logic systems (IT3‐FLSs), and its effectiveness in the management of Type 1 diabetes is demonstrated. The main achievements of this work can be summarized as the following main points.

Bibliometric Analysis of Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) as a Neurofeedback Tool in Brain–Computer Interface (BCI) Systems

open access: yesAdvances in Human-Computer Interaction, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
In the last few years, recent advances in alternative methods for neurorehabilitation have witnessed outstanding progress including electrical stimulation (ES) and its derivative functional electrical stimulation (FES), a treatment that applies a transcutaneous electrical current to induce muscle contractions and is commonly used in individuals with ...
