Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

The results generalizing some theorems on N, pnE, γ summability are shown. The same degrees of pointwise approximation as in earlier papers by weaker assumptions on considered functions and examined summability methods are obtained.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

On absolute matrix summability methods
In this paper a theorem on | A, pn |k summability methods, which generalizes a theorem of Bor [2] on | N¯, pn |k summability methods, has been ...

Characterizations of summability methods derived by q-Cesàro matrix
The present study mainly aims to introduce the absolute summability method derived from the transformation matrix obtained by the -Cesàro matrix and to establish the necessary and sufficient conditions for and where In addition, by ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

A method of summability of Lagrange interpolation [PDF]
The author uses in this paper a technique from numerical integration (see [9]) to get a discretely defined operator, which is a modification of the Lagrange operator. Therefore we improve with the linear summation method a result presented in [12] and we also point out a solution for a problem of P.L.Butzer in the proceedings of the Budapest ...

Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. On absolute normal double matrix summability methods
It is shown that, if T is a row finite nonnegative double summability matrix satisfying certain conditions, then |T|k summability is stronger than |N, pn|k summability, for k 1. As special summability methods T we consider weighted mean and double Cesaro,

Summability factors between the absolute Cesàro methods
If Σε_{n}x_{n} is summable by the method Y whenever Σx_{n} is summable by the method X, then we say that the factor ε=(ε_{n}) is of type (X,Y) and denote by (X,Y).
