All Organic Fully Integrated Neuromorphic Crossbar Array

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
In this work, the first fully integrated crossbar array of electrochemical random‐access memory (ECRAM) that is composed entirely of organic materials is represented. This array can perform inference and in situ parallel training and is capable of classifying linearly separable 2D and 3D classification tasks with high accuracy.

Charge Injection and Transport in an Isoindigo‐Based Polymer Transistor

This study presents the charge injection and transport properties of field‐effect transistors based on an isoindigo‐bithiophene donor‐acceptor polymer semiconductor contacted with thiolated self‐assembled monolayer (SAM)‐functionalized electrodes. Conformal Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces: A Cylindrical Geometry Perspective

Cylindrical reconfigurable intelligent surfaces are explored for low‐complexity beam steering using one‐bit meta‐atoms. A multi‐level modeling approach, including optimization‐based synthesis, demonstrates that even minimal hardware can support directive scattering.
