Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Neuromorphic Imaging With Super-Resolution
Neuromorphic imaging is an emerging technique that imitates the human retina to sense variations in dynamic scenes. It responds to pixel-level brightness changes by asynchronous streaming events and boasts microsecond temporal precision over a high dynamic range, yielding blur-free recordings under extreme illumination.

The MRP4 transporter exports several drugs and signaling molecules. Here, we identified key promoter elements regulating basal MRP4 expression. Using reporter assays, we defined a conserved region with essential Sp1 and contributory Ets sites, which controlled basal MRP4 expression.

Super-Resolution Optical Lithography with DNA
We developed an efficient, versatile, and accessible super-resolution microscopy method to construct a nanoparticle assembly at a spatial resolution below the optical diffraction limit. The method utilizes DNA and a photoactivated DNA cross-linker. Super-

The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Super-resolution in vivo retinal imaging using structured illumination ophthalmoscopy
Structured illumination microscopy (SIM) is one of the most versatile super-resolution techniques. Yet, its application to live imaging has been so far mainly limited to fluorescent and stationary specimens.

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.
