Bulk to Boundary Relation Between Topological Models and Supergravity Theories [PDF]

open access: greenarXiv, 1999
We establish a direct correspondence between certain higher-rank p-form Chern-Simons topological type theories in the bulk of a manifold with boundary and particular sectors of supergravity models on the boundary, provided that certain boundary conditions are satisfied.

SUSY breaking after inflation in supergravity with inflaton in a massive vector supermultiplet [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2016
We propose a limited class of models, describing interacting chiral multiplets with a non-minimal coupling to a vector multiplet, in curved superspace of N=1 supergravity. Those models are suitable for the inflationary model building in supergravity with

Updated Constraints on the Minimal Supergravity Model [PDF]

open access: greenJournal of High Energy Physics, 2002
Recently, refinements have been made on both the theoretical and experimental determinations of the i.) mass of the lightest Higgs scalar, ii.) relic density of cold dark matter in the universe, iii.) branching fraction for radiative B decay BF(b \to s ), iv.) muon anomalous magnetic moment, and v.) flavor violating decay B_s \to ^+ ^-.

Supergravity based inflation models: a review [PDF]

open access: yesClassical and Quantum Gravity, 2011
In this review, we discuss inflation models based on supergravity. After explaining the difficulties in realizing inflation in the context of supergravity, we show how to evade such difficulties. Depending on types of inflation, we give concrete examples,

Constraints on Supergravity Chaotic Inflationary Models [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 1995
We discuss, in the context of $N=1$ hidden sector non-minimal supergravity chaotic inflationary models, constraints on the parameters of a polynomial superpotential resulting from existing bounds on the reheating temperature and on the amplitude of the ...

Tree level supergravity and the Matrix model [PDF]

open access: greenNuclear Physics B, 2000
It has recently been shown that the Matrix model and supergravity give the same predictions for three graviton scattering. This contradicts an earlier claim in the literature (hep-th/9710174). We explain the error in this earlier work, and go on to show that certain terms in the $n$-graviton scattering amplitude involving $v^{2n}$ are given correctly ...

Classical Yang-Baxter equation from β-supergravity

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
Yang-Baxter deformations of superstring σ-models have recently inspired a supergravity solution generating technique. Using the open/closed string map and a Killing bi-vector as a deformation parameter, new solutions can be built, such that the ...

Conformal Interactions Between Matter and Higher‐Spin (Super)Fields

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 71, Issue 1, January 2023., 2023
Abstract In even spacetime dimensions, the interacting bosonic conformal higher‐spin (CHS) theory can be realised as an induced action. The main ingredient in this definition is the model S[φ,h]$\mathcal {S}[\varphi ,h]$ describing a complex scalar field φ coupled to an infinite set of background CHS fields h, with S[φ,h]$\mathcal {S}[\varphi ,h ...

Mass Hierarchies and Quantum Gravity Constraints in DKMM‐refined KKLT

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 71, Issue 1, January 2023., 2023
Abstract We carefully revisit the mass hierarchies for the KKLT scenario with an uplift term from an anti D3‐brane in a strongly warped throat. First, we derive the bound resulting from what is usually termed “the throat fitting into the bulk” directly from the Klebanov‐Strassler geometry.
