A tailored non‐uniform PTV strategy (including PTVcrop and PTV_high/PTV_low) was used in SBRT for ultra‐central NSCLC to meet stringent OAR constraints. Notably, this SBRT strategy achieved favorable clinical outcomes, with an 84.6% 3‐year local control rate, a median PFS of 42.9 months. Additionally, treatment‐related toxicity was mild, with only 1.5%

A modality‐agnostic coronary artery habitat model for cardiac sparing in radiotherapy
Abstract Background Emerging evidence suggests that the risk of cardiotoxicity increases with increased radiation dose to coronary arteries (CAs). However, robust tools to evaluate this increased burden for cancer patients are not available due to current limitations in imaging for radiotherapy treatment planning.

Evaluation of Liver Grafts During Machine Perfusion at 20°C via Metabolization of 13C‐Methacetin
Evaluative measures, helping to decide whether marginal grafts can be used for transplantation or rather be discarded are of utmost importance but yet basically underdeveloped. Livers of varying quality were subjected to machine perfusion at 20°C for 2 h.
