CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell (CAR‐T) therapy has revolutionized LBCL treatment, with high remission rates but also significant toxicities, including cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell‐associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS).
