Nonmonotonic Evolution of the Blocking Temperature in Dispersions of Superparamagnetic Nanoparticles
We use a Monte Carlo approach to simulate the influence of the dipolar interaction on assemblies of monodisperse superparamagnetic ${\gamma}-Fe_{2}O_{3}$ nanoparticles. We have identified a critical concentration c*, that marks the transition between two

Magnetically Actuated Drops‐on‐Stilts Microrobots for Transport and Delivery of Hydrophobic Cargo
Iron oxide nanoparticles and oil droplets in external magnetic fields form “drops‐on‐stilts” microrobots that transport hydrophobic cargo. Tunable nanoparticle–droplet interactions generate stilt‐like structures. Field rotation enables walking, obstacle navigation, and collective motion.

Laser‐assisted synthesis enables rapid (within 1 h) and high‐yield (≥90%) production of Co‐MOFs with mesoporous structures, tunable magnetic and optical properties, and efficient adsorption of N2, CH4, and CO2 for low‐energy gas separation. DFT calculations elucidate the electronic structure and adsorption behavior.

ASSESSMENTS FOR THE COUPLING OF SUPERPARAMAGNETIC PARTICLES [PDF]
The physical analytical conditions for coupling of superparamagnetic particles have been regarded in the present paper. The cases of two interacting superparamagnetic particles and superparamagnetic particle with another one being in single domain state ...

Quantification of pedogenic particles masked by geogenic magnetic fraction
Pedogenic magnetic fraction in soils is attributed to fine-grained particles, i.e. superparamagnetic grains. In the case of a strongly magnetic geogenic fraction, pedogenic magnetic contribution is hard to detect.
