In this study, a multifunctional conductive sponge composite (MAPU) is developed using a biomimetic, hierarchical construction strategy emulating the growth process of natural wood. This approach involved integrating biomass‐derived graphitic nanoflakes, synthesized from luffa vine (LVGN), into a polyurethane (PU) sponge matrix.

A fully wearable system enables real‐time, dynamic, and accurate monitoring of Young's modulus in multilayer tissues containing deep muscle. It demonstrates high accuracy and robustness across simulations, benchtop validations, and human testing. It quantifies edema severity and tracks muscle stiffness during rest, loaded elbow flexion, rope skipping ...

The SIRT1‐targeted saRNA‐delivering tetrahedral DNA (TSA) treatment effectively upregulates SIRT1 expression, which subsequently promotes FOXO3A deacetylation. This deacetylation event relieves FOXO3A's transcriptional repression on the BNIP3 gene, thereby initiating PINK1‐PARKIN‐dependent mitophagy.

Migrasomes in Ischemic Stroke: Molecular Landscape and Pathophysiological Impact
Multi‐omics profiling of stroke patients exposes systemic molecular fingerprints of immune activation, oxidative stress and metabolic collapse. Complement and coagulation cascade, and cholesterol metabolism emerge as shared functional hallmarks of plasma migrasomes in stroke patients and migrasomes isolated from experimental stroke mice.

P9.02 EVALUATION OF PULSE WAVE VELOCITY AND AUGMENTATION INDEX IN SUPINE AND SITTING POSITION
Background: Despite the introduction of arterial stiffness measurements in the recommendation of the European Societies for Hypertension and Cardiology, pulse wave velocity (PWV) and augmentation index (Aix) are still not used routinely in clinical ...

Two subtypes of positional obstructive sleep apnea: Supine-predominant and supine-isolated
The body position has a strong influence on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical features of two subtypes of positional OSA (POSA), namely supine-predominant OSA (spOSA) and supine-isolated OSA (siOSA), so as to discuss whether the two groups can be classified separately.A total of 279 consecutive patients
