'Click' Chemistry in Coordination and Supramolecular Chemical Applications

open access: yes
The term “click chemistry” was first coined by Sharpless and co-workers in 2001 and encompasses a range of high yielding organic coupling reactions which are rapid, highly selective and proceed with good functional group tolerance.

Two Cocrystals of Phenazine with Different Phenylboronic Acids

open access: yesMolbank
Boronic acids are an important class of molecules diversely used in organic synthesis, catalysis, medicinal chemistry, and for the design of functional materials. Particularly, aryl boronic acids in the solid state are known to exhibit pharmaceutical and

Minimally Invasive Delivery of Optical Nanosensors Using Injectable Hydrogels

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Injectable peptide hydrogels offer a minimally invasive delivery platform for single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT)‐based near‐infrared fluorescent sensors, enabling real‐time measurement of drug concentrations. Encapsulated SWCNTs show a dose‐dependent fluorescence response across physiologically relevant concentrations and retain their fluorescence ...

Shaping Carbon Nitrides for Advanced Macrostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This review examines how carbon nitride can be shaped through a range of printing and interfacial assembly methods. By bringing together additive manufacturing and liquid–liquid structuring concepts, carbon nitride is moving beyond its traditional powder‐based photocatalyst form toward digitally designed robust macroscale architectures with high design

Unfolding and mechanochemical scission of supramolecular polymers containing a metal-ligand coordination bond

open access: yes, 2011
Mechanochemical scission of supramolecular polymer complexes by ultrasound is investigated using viscosity measurements and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations combined with constrained geometry optimization (COGEF) calculations.

Supramolecular Polymorphism in Homo- and Heterochiral Supramolecular Polymerizations

open access: yes, 2021

Reconnaissance Peptide Labeling Grain Boundary of Chemically Grown MoS2 Polycrystalline Monolayer

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Self‐assembled peptides on substrates, through adsorption and aggregation, offer an alternative way to label grain boundaries in chemically grown single‐layer polycrystalline MoS2. During an early nucleation step, peptides preferentially bind to grain boundaries.

Self‐Soldering, Stretchable and Self‐Healing Liquid Metal Elastomer Interconnections for Soft Electronics Platforms

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A self‐healing and electrically conductive liquid metal elastomer enables robust self‐soldering of surface mount devices for soft electronics. Photothermally activated conductive pathways, strong pressure‐sensitive adhesion, and stable package‐integrated contacts provide high conductivity and extreme stretchability.

Field-induced slow magnetic relaxation in a hydrogen-bonding linked Co(II) 1D supramolecular coordination polymer

open access: yes, 2014
We have investigated the dynamic behaviour of the magnetization of a hydrogen-bonding linked Co(II) 1D supramolecular coordination polymer. In the structure, two different mononuclear Co(II) species are linked by O–H···N hydrogen bonding through ...
