Homogenization of lateral diffusion on a random surface [PDF]
We study the problem of lateral diffusion on a static, quasi-planar surface generated by a stationary, ergodic random field possessing rapid small-scale spatial fluctuations.

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Global Strong Solutions for a Class of Heterogeneous Catalysis Models
We consider a mathematical model for heterogeneous catalysis in a finite three-dimensional pore of cylinder-like geometry, with the lateral walls acting as a catalytic surface.

Low Phosphorus Concentrations in Si by Diffusion from Doped Oxide Layers [PDF]
The diffusion of phosphorus into silicon from doped oxide layers, deposited at low temperatures, has been studied in order to achieve reproducible impurity distributions with surface concentrations varying from 5 × 1015 to 1018 atoms/cm3.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Three-Dimensional Mass Transfer Modeling of Hydroquinone Adsorption on Phragmites australis Biochar
In this work, the overall adsorption kinetic process of hydroquinone on Phragmites australis biochar (PAC) was analyzed in depth. A 3D mass transfer model of pore volume and surface diffusion was established, and the diffusion mechanism was analyzed. The

Adsorption of pentachlorophenol onto activated carbon in a fixed bed : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Technology in Environmental Engineering at Massey University [PDF]
The adsorption of pentachlorophenol (PCP) from water onto granular activated carbon (GAC) was studied. Equilibrium and kinetic behaviour was studied, and the results used to predict fixed bed adsorber behaviour.

A simple solid-on-solid model of epitaxial thin films growth: surface roughness and dynamics
The random deposition model must be enriched to reflect the variety of surface roughness due to some material characteristics of the film growing by vacuum deposition or sputtering.

A Reaction Diffusion Model Of Pattern Formation In Clustering Of Adatoms On Silicon Surfaces [PDF]
We study a reaction diffusion model which describes the formation of patterns on surfaces having defects. Through this model, the primary goal is to study the growth process of Ge on Si surface.
