High atmospheric pressure (120 kPa) in deep underground counteracts humidity‐induced physiological stress in plants, stabilizing water balance and enhancing antioxidative defenses. This synergy boosts biomass despite elevated humidity, demonstrating sustainable deep underground agriculture potential under climate uncertainty.

The Firstflush of Pollutants in Surface Runoff
One of the factors impacting quality of water resources is pollution due to urban storm runoff during first stage of storm runoff and is commonly called "firsflush". At this stage the pollution load is rather high. However, if this pollution is properly controlled and managed, the size of the required treatment facilities will be considerably reduced ...

A nanostructured photonic‐thermal coating enables radiative‐cooling‐induced condensation and water harvesting, establishing a self‐sustaining agrivoltaics microclimate loop that transforms PV panels into active climate regulators. The integration of photovoltaic (PV) panels into agricultural landscapes (i.e., agrivoltaics) offers a promising path for ...

Enhanced Urea Oxidation Reaction by Mn‐Doped Nickel Hydroxide From Wastewater
Mn incorporation modifies the hydroxide structure and modulates the electronic properties of the Ni centers, promoting the formation of catalytically active NiOOH species. Mn dopants induce a favorable electronic effect but do not directly participate in the UOR mechanism, enhancing the overall urea oxidation rate and resulting in increased hydrogen ...

A mathematical model of surface runoff is presented which is of use in building a model of erosion processes. The method used for deriving the conceptual model of surface runoff is based on the mathematical expression of the basic laws of movement of ...
