Tumor‐Derived LAMB3 Drives Immunosuppressive LRRC15+ Fibroblast Formation During Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A single‐cell atlas of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma development reveals progressive ductal‐fibroblast‐immune crosstalk. Tumor‐derived LAMB3 drives the formation of immunosuppressive LRRC15+ fibroblasts through the ITGB1/FAK/MAPK/FOSL2 signaling. Glycolytic reprogramming upregulates LAMB3 and correlates with LRRC15+ fibroblast enrichment.

Engineering Immunoregenerative Therapy via an Immunomodulatory Binary Pharmacology Hydrogel Depot for Prolonged Allograft Survival

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An immunomodulatory hydrogel (iGEL) forms spontaneously upon subcutaneous injection, acting as a tissue‐adhesive depot. It releases anti‐rejection and regenerative agents in response to inflammation, suppressing T‐cell activity, promoting vascular repair, and restoring allograft function without systemic immunosuppression.

Submandibular Gland Invasion From a Metastatic Lymph Node in Patients With Buccal Mucosal Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A Case Report

open access: yesCase Reports in Dentistry
This report presents a rare case of direct invasion from a metastatic submandibular lymph node (SMLN) to submandibular gland (SMG) in a resected specimen of neck dissection (ND) of buccal mucosal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).

β‐Elemene Rescues Radiation‐Induced Enteritis by Orchestrating a Host‐Microbiome Circuit That Fuels Epigenetic DNA Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study elucidates that β‐elemene promotes cellular uptake of L. gasseri‐derived lactate by enhancing the membrane translocation of MCT1 in a CD147‐dependent manner. Intracellular lactate, through the lactylation of RBBP4 at the K26 site, recruits EP300 to the promoter regions of downstream genes (POLD1/POLD3), catalyzing H3K27ac modification.

Spontaneous Exposure of Mandibular Torus: A Case Report and Surgical Management

open access: yesCase Reports in Dentistry
Conclusion: The patient recovered without complications, and no recurrence of symptoms was noted during the 1-year follow-up. This case highlights the need for prompt surgical intervention in cases of spontaneous torus exposure and the importance of ...

A French practice study within the Group for the Study of Oral Mucosa (GEMUB): Allopathic treatment of oral lichen

open access: yesJournal of Oral Medicine and Oral Surgery
Lichen planus is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis of unknown origin, generally affecting the skin, nails and scalp. It can also affect the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and ano-genital region. Due to the paucity of randomised controlled trials, no

Senolytic Therapy as a Preventive Strategy for Spine Degeneration and Pain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cellular senescence promotes inflammation, tissue degeneration, and chronic back pain. In sparc‐null mice, early oral administration of the senolytic agents o‐vanillin and RG‐7112 reduced senescent cell burden and pro‐inflammatory SASP signaling across intervertebral discs, endplates, vertebral bone, and spinal cord.

Keratocystoma of palatal minor salivary glands: a case report

open access: yesJournal of Oral Medicine and Oral Surgery
Keratocystoma is a rare benign tumor of the salivary glands. Initially described as a choristoma by Seifert et al. in 1999, the term “keratocystoma” was later proposed by Nagao et al. in 2001. The parotid gland is the most common site of occurrence. Only

Integrative Multi‐Omics Analysis Reveals a Mitochondrial–Immune Axis Associated With Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Response in High‐Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Integrative multi‐omics analysis delineates a mitochondrial–immune axis governing neoadjuvant chemotherapy response in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. Immune‐active tumors exhibit enhanced B‐cell infiltration and favorable sensitivity, whereas metabolically rewired tumors display oxidative phosphorylation dependency and resistance.

Recurrent Ameloblastoma of the Mandibular Ramus Resected Using a Modified High Perimandibular Approach: A Case Report

open access: yesCase Reports in Dentistry
Ameloblastoma typically lacks a well-defined capsule and exhibits locally invasive growth, making them prone to recurrence. On the other hand, a subtype known as the unicystic type is generally well circumscribed and less invasive compared with ...
