We proposed a Mixed Reality Sensorized Laryngoscope Training System to provide real‐time holographic torque feedback during pediatric endotracheal intubation simulation. Visualization formats are evaluated to reduce tracking error and visual demand.

BAP31 Drives Cartilage Calcification through Disruption of Autophagosome–Lysosome Fusion in Osteoarthritis

Mechanical stress activates BAP31 in chondrocytes. BAP31 competes with ATG14 for binding to STX17, disrupting the STX17–ATG14 complex required for autophagosome–lysosome fusion. Engineering Immunoregenerative Therapy via an Immunomodulatory Binary Pharmacology Hydrogel Depot for Prolonged Allograft Survival

An immunomodulatory hydrogel (iGEL) forms spontaneously upon subcutaneous injection, acting as a tissue‐adhesive depot. It releases anti‐rejection and regenerative agents in response to inflammation, suppressing T‐cell activity, promoting vascular repair, and restoring allograft function without systemic immunosuppression.

Integrative multi‐omics analysis delineates a mitochondrial–immune axis governing neoadjuvant chemotherapy response in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. Immune‐active tumors exhibit enhanced B‐cell infiltration and favorable sensitivity, whereas metabolically rewired tumors display oxidative phosphorylation dependency and resistance.

Two hundred and three male patients undergoing oral surgery were monitored for abnormalities of cardiac rhythm. Eight per cent of a smaller number of patients (seventy-six) developed ectopic rhythms during induction of anaesthesia and in half of all patients nodal rhythm was seen.

Conclusions: In conclusion, the use of completely customized reconstruction plates obviates the need for bending and other adaptations, reduces surgical time, and improves postoperative aesthetics.
