We report a case of tibial insertion avulsion fracture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). A 10-year-old boy who fell from a skateboard was diagnosed with a tibial insertion avulsion fracture of the ACL and was treated arthroscopically.

Targeting a Myeloid–Regulatory B Cell Network Reverses Immune Paralysis in Periprosthetic Joint Infections

Periprosthetic joint infection establishes a sophisticated immunosuppressive network between CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSCs and Bregs, inducing profound CD8+ T cell paralysis. Alendronate effectively disrupts this CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSC–Breg axis by targeting STAT3, thereby restoring local immune surveillance.

THBS1+ macrophage subpopulation was identified in MCs through single‐cell RNA sequencing. C. acnes and its metabolites activate THBS1 expression in macrophages via the TLR signaling pathway.
