Resistance to Overdoping Allows Over 2000 S cm−1 Conductivity in P(g3BTTT) With Anion‐Exchange Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Anion‐exchange doping of conjugated polymers is an effective way to achieve high conductivities. Here, we report over 2000 S cm−1 electrical conductivity for doped P(g3BTTT). In addition, we show that P(g3BTTT) sustains exceptionally high doping levels without any drop in the charge mobility.

Residual rock deformation of lined caverns for underground energy storage after air deflation considering stress path

open access: yesJournal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering
This study investigates the mechanical response of an underground cavern subjected to cyclic high gas pressure, aiming to establish a theoretical foundation for the design of lined rock caverns (LRCs) for energy storage with high internal pressure, e.g ...

Which way do we go? A story-based approach to archaeological based interpretation of the rock art of Castle Rock, Chillagoe, north Queensland, Australia

open access: yes, 2013
Analysis of the rock art motifs at Castle Rock, near Chillagoe, north Queensland, has shown that this site provides a detailed landscape map of the surrounding country. A series of motifs shaped like asterisks or stars suggest vertical views of a number

Investigation into the Time-Dependent Characteristics of Stress and Deformation of Weak Surrounding Rock and Lining Structure in Operational Tunnels: Model Test

open access: yesApplied Sciences
During the long-term operation of tunnels, surrounding rock undergoes creep effects under environmental loads, resulting in changes in the aging evolution model of stress and deformation in surrounding rock and lining, which affects the long-term ...

Second‐Harmonic Hyper‐Mie Optical Activity Enables Closed‐Loop Chiral Photochemistry

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Nonlinear chiral photochemistry is demonstrated in CdTe/CdO nanohelices, where circularly polarized infrared light both drives and tracks photo‐oxidation via second‐harmonic scattering. This closed‐loop process reveals real‐time structural evolution, including shell fracturing and core exposure, accompanied by a transition from hyper‐Mie to hyper ...

Ultra‐High‐Throughput Discovery of Multifunctional Polyphenolic Coatings on Droplet Microarrays

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
An ultra‐high‐throughput (UHT) combinatorial strategy enables the miniaturized synthesis and screening of ≈30 000 polyamine‐polyphenolic (PaPp) coatings using droplet microarrays (DMA). This approach reveals hundreds of previously unknown fluorescent, redox‐active, and antibacterial materials, including multifunctional, cell‐compatible surfaces ...
