Complement activation linked to type II interferon signaling in Still disease
Objective Still disease (SD) is an autoinflammatory syndrome characterized by innate immune dysregulation. While complement can drive inflammation, its involvement in SD remains to be defined. Thus, we aimed to assess complement activation in SD. Methods Complement was assessed using transcriptomic, proteomic, and in vitro approaches. RNA sequencing of

Advances in causal discovery methods for ecological time series
ABSTRACT Recent advances in data collection technologies (e.g. automated sensor networks, satellite remote sensing, and high‐throughput sequencing) have greatly expanded the availability of ecological time series, enabling new opportunities for causal analyses in dynamic ecosystems.

Fiscal Policy Regimes in Resource‐Rich Economies
ABSTRACT We analyse fiscal policy in resource‐rich economies using a novel Bayesian regime‐switching panel model. The identified regimes capture pro‐ or countercyclical fiscal behaviour by allowing regime‐specific shifts in the average fiscal stance, while the switches between the regimes have the interpretation of changes in fiscal policy.

ABSTRACT We introduce EA‐MD‐QD, a new publicly available dataset comprising 1136 macroeconomic time series for the euro area (EA) and its ten largest member countries observed at monthly or quarterly frequency. Since January 2024, EA‐MD‐QD has been updated monthly and continuously revised, providing a valuable resource for policy analysis in the EA ...

Fiscal Multipliers in the Eurozone: A SVAR Analysis [PDF]
We compute the value of fiscal multipliers (for government primary expenditure, Income and wealth taxes and for Production and import ones) in the Eurozone countries since the creation of the currency union (2001Q1-2016Q4), and to understand how the values may vary according to the public debt level, the rhythm of economic growth and the output gap ...

ABSTRACT This study examines how structural oil‐market shocks affect exchange rates through the real and financial adjustment mechanisms proposed by Krugman (1983). Using a two‐stage SVAR–ARDL/NARDL framework, we identify oil supply, aggregate demand, and oil‐specific demand shocks and estimate their symmetric and asymmetric effects for oil‐importing ...
