Animal Nutritional Response to Sward Structure Under Short Duration Grazing Management
A ten-paddock short duration grazing cell was stocked with yearling heifers at a stocking rate of 0.7 ha per animal unit month and a stocking density of 0.14 ha per animal unit. A continuously-season- long-grazed (CSLG) pasture was used as a control. It was stocked at the same stocking rate, but at a stocking density of 1.4 ha per animal unit.

Mitochondria‐targeted silver single‐atom carbon dot (T‐AgSA‐CDs) nanozymes enable dual SOD/GPx‐like ROS scavenging, real‐time imaging, and therapeutic effects for acute kidney injury (AKI). Atomically dispersed Ag sites synergize with carbon dots to restore renal redox hemostasis, protect mitochondrial function, mitigate inflammation, facilitate post ...

Interaction among fire and sward height increases leaf nitrogen per unit area of annual ryegrass in subtropical grasslands from southern Brazil [PDF]
: Fire is one of the main drivers of vegetation structure from terrestrial ecosystems and its effects on plants allocation resources and biomass are mediated by leaf functional traits. These attributes can provide useful information for future management

Abstract 1. Although the importance of plant community assemblages in structuring invertebrate assemblages is well known, the role that architectural complexity plays is less well understood. In particular, direct empirical data for a range of invertebrate taxa showing how functional groups respond to plant ...

PEA nanoenzymes are assembled from L‐arginine and EGCG. The nitrogen element in arginine enhances the thermodynamic feasibility of H2O2 production through PEA's oxygen reduction catalysis, enabling nitrogen‐dependent H2O2 release. Intradermal delivery of PEA via microneedles promotes efficient H2O2 synthesis, thereby stimulating regrowth in telogen ...

ABSTRACT Immune homeostasis is indispensable for preserving organismal integrity, orchestrated through complex molecular networks encompassing immune cell dynamics, microbial cues, and epigenetic regulation. Among these, the gut microbiota‐non‐coding RNA (ncRNA) axis has recently garnered substantial attention as a multifaceted modulator of host ...
