Optimization Design of Elastic Coupling in Swashplate Engine Based on BP-GA

open access: yesApplied Mechanics and Materials, 2010
Aiming at the fact that the current method of designing elastic coupling in swashplate engine is deficient, and the vibration damping effect is inadequate, a new method for optimization design of coupling is put forward based on back propagation artificial neural network and genetic algorithm(BP-GA).

Design and Dynamics Simulation of a New Type of Swashplate Engine

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2021
To extend the application of the swashplate engine from special engines to the field of general power machinery, it is necessary to considerate speed stability, dynamic balance performance and manufacturing, etc. A new swashplate engine is designed, it used the nutation movement of a pair of spiral bevel gears to drive the body of the swashplate engine

The Kinematics of the Swashplate Engine with two Rotating Pairs

open access: yesProcedia Engineering, 2017
Abstract The use of axial engines instead of traditional crankshaft mechanisms opens up additional possibilities to improve the dimension characteristics, regulation displacement volume, and compression ratio. The complex study of motion of all power mechanism elements is required for further engine optimization and improvements.

Non-orthogonal Bevel Gear Design and Strength Analysis for Variable Incline Angle Swashplate Driving Stirling Engine

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2018
The non-orthogonal bevel gear is the key component of a four-cylinder double-acting Stirling engine variable incline angle swashplate drive device, which can be used to support the torque of the inclined plate inclination in the angle adjustment of the inclined plate.

A review of the energy recovery and energy pressure of liquid

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, Volume 11, Issue 10, Page 3907-3927, October 2023., 2023
As we all know, with the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of industry, our world's nonrenewable energy gradually reduced, if no measures are taken, nonrenewable energy will eventually be consumed. To avoid the outcome of energy exhaustion, many scientists and scholars began to study renewable energy many years ago, and so ...

Squeeze Film Effect and Its Influence on the Lubrication Characteristics of Slipper Oil Film under Pressure Pulse

open access: yesShock and Vibration, Volume 2023, Issue 1, 2023., 2023
This study aims at the lubricant film between the slipper and swashplate of an axial piston pump. Based on a single piston/slipper assembly model, a mathematical model for the squeeze film effect is developed according to the pressure‐flow transfer process as well as the dynamics of the piston/slipper assembly.

Device for Simulating Fluid Microgravity Environment Based on Magnetic Compensation Method and Research on Magnetic Fluid Lubrication Performance of Oil Film Bearing

open access: yesAdvances in Materials Science and Engineering, Volume 2022, Issue 1, 2022., 2022
At present, with the rapid development of the material market, the requirements of high performance and high precision of materials are increasingly exposed. Nanomagnetic fluid materials are more and more widely used in oil film bearings, but their compressive strength and performance are insufficient, which is difficult to meet the current ...

Nonharmonic Control of the Blade‐Vortex Interaction Noise of Electrically Controlled Rotor

open access: yesInternational Journal of Aerospace Engineering, Volume 2022, Issue 1, 2022., 2022
Electrically controlled rotor, also known as swashplateless rotor, represents an active rotor system that, due to the use of a trailing edge flap system instead of a swashplate, not only enables primary control but also conveniently reduces the blade‐vortex interaction (BVI) noise of the rotors through active control.

Study on Restraining Cavitation of Axial Piston Pump Based on Structure of Cylinder Block and Valve Plate Triangular Throttling Groove

open access: yesShock and Vibration, Volume 2022, Issue 1, 2022., 2022
Raising the rotational speed is an effective way to improve the power density of axial piston pump, but high rotational speed tends to cause plunger cavity and valve plate throttling groove cavitation. The cavitation of axial piston pump must reduce its volumetric efficiency and cause vibration and noise.
