Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of bHLH transcription factor family in response to cold stress in sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.)

, 2021
The basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) family is one of the largest families of transcription factors (TFs) in plants and plays crucial roles in regulating growth, development and abiotic stress responses. However, systematic analyses of the bHLH TF family in

Drying characteristics of sweet cherry

Food and Bioproducts Processing, 2011
Abstract The effects of alkali emulsion of ethyl oleate and air temperature (60, 70 and 75 °C) on the drying characteristics of sweet cherry were studied using a hot air dryer at a constant air velocity of 2.0 m/s. It was observed that both the alkali emulsion of ethyl oleate and air temperature affected the drying time.

FRUIT QUALITY OF 'LOVRANSKA' SWEET CHERRY

Acta Horticulturae, 2008
The ‘ Lovranska’ sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.) is a local cultivar with very good quality that is very promising. The aim of this research was to examine quality parameters of sweet cherry fruit produced in their typical growing area (Lovran). Total soluble solids (TSS), colour (CIE Lab method), weight and the three dimensions of the fruit

Lipid composition of sweet cherries

Phytochemistry, 1977
Abstract Lipid comprises about 0.1 % of the fresh weight of cherries. The major components of the neutral lipid fraction are wax and sterol esters, sitosterol, oleanolic and ursolic acids. The glycolipid fraction is comprised of monoglycosyldiacylglycerol, diglycosyldiacylglycerol and acylated sterol glycoside, while phosphatidylcholine and ...
