Parallel Control of Auxiliary Inverters for Metro Vehicle

open access: yes机车电传动, 2015
Although, extended power mode and cross power mode were put to use widely in subway auxiliary power system ,there were some problems such as big volume ,high noise level in these two mode. Furthermore ,it affected the travel experience seriously when the

Cancer‐associated mutations in endometriosis reframe a benign disease through molecular oncology

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review aims to comprehensively analyse cancer‐associated somatic mutations (CAMs) present in endometriotic lesions, emphasizing their biological roles, spatial distribution and implications for translational applications in medicine. By contextualizing a benign state within a genomic framework, this analysis seeks to establish its value as a ...

Targeting the EpCAM‐AXL axis to overcome drug resistance in lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Lung cancer cells often evade therapy by hijacking signaling pathways. We reveal that cleaved EpCAM (sEpCAM) stabilizes the oncogenic protein AXL, driving NF‐κB and STAT3‐mediated chemoresistance. This EpCAM‐AXL axis identifies a high‐risk patient subset with poor prognosis.

A Tie-Line Fault Ride-Through Strategy for PV Power Plants Based on Coordinated Energy Storage Control

open access: yesEnergies
Unplanned islanding and off-grid issues of photovoltaic (PV) power stations caused by tie-line faults have seriously undermined the power supply reliability and operational stability of PV plants.

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Evaluation Method of Flyback Converter Behaviors on Common-Mode Noise

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Common-mode (CM) conduction electromagnetic interference (EMI) is a challenge for switched-mode power supply (SMPS) designers. A flyback converter is a traditional topology used in low-power isolated applications.

Optimizing photoactivation of PA‐mCherry for optical pooled CRISPR screens

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Photoactivatable PA‐mCherry finds widespread use to optically tag individual cells. However, confocal 405 nm UV laser‐scanning (normal scan) is much less efficient than widefield UV illumination, limiting the use of PA‐mCherry on confocal instruments. We remedy this limitation by reporting that rapid and repeated confocal scanning with a low‐intensity,
