Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Two-Player Nonzero-Sum Stochastic Differential Games with Switching Controls
In this paper, a two-player nonzero-sum stochastic differential game problem is studied with both players using switching controls. A verification theorem associated with a set of variational inequalities is established as a sufficient criterion for Nash

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

A Robust Impulsive Control Strategy of Supercavitating Vehicles in Changing Systems
Supercavitation is a hydrodynamic phenomenon in which an underwater body is almost entirely inside the cavity wall. Since the density of the gas is much lower than that of water, skin friction drag can be reduced considerably.

CPS-Based Human-Vehicle Co-Pilot Switching Strategy Under Different Information Flow Topologies
Automated vehicles will still remain the form of human-vehicle cooperation in the foreseeable future. Switched cooperative driving mode makes improvements on preventing drivers from being out-of-the-loop by having them assume manual control at periodic ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.
