Optimization of NTRU-type Multi-key Fully Homomorphic Encryption Scheme

open access: yes工程科学与技术, 2020
The previous NTRU-type multi-key fully homomorphic encryption (MKFHE) schemes were constructed over power-of-2 cyclotomic polynomial rings, and the complicated key-switching operations were used in the schemes to complete the fully homomorphic ...

From DSpace to Islandora: Why and How

open access: yesCode4Lib Journal, 2023
The article summarizes the experience of switching from DSpace to Islandora. It briefly gives the historical background and reasons for switching to Islandora. It then compares the basic features of the two systems: installation, updates, operations, and

Reconfigurable Electro-optic Logic Circuits Using Microring Resonator-Based Optical Switch Array

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2016
In this paper, we propose a reconfigurable electro-optic logic circuit, which can perform any combinatorial logic operations using a microring resonator (MRR)-based optical switching array.

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Optimised Operations and Modulation Scheme for Simplified Seven‐Level Hybrid‐Clamped Converters

open access: yesIET Power Electronics
Seven‐level hybrid‐clamped (7L‐HC) converters are new and promising candidates for high‐power medium‐voltage applications. Their configurations can be simplified further by reducing one of the two flying capacitors per phase. However, such simplification

Printed Integrated Logic Circuits Based on Chitosan‐Gated Organic Transistors for Future Edible Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...

Service restoration framework for distribution networks incorporating switching crew routing

open access: yesIET Generation, Transmission & Distribution, 2022
Here, an optimization framework is proposed for the service restoration (SR) problem in distribution networks based on mixed‐integer second‐order cone programming (MISOCP).

Switching Costs in Two-sided Markets [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
In many markets, there are switching costs and network effects. Yet the literature gen- erally deals with these two concepts separately. This paper bridges the gap by analyzing their interaction effects (or “indirect bargain”) in a dynamic two-sided ...

From Food to Power: Hydrogel Thermoelectrics for Ingestible Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We introduce a fully edible thermoelectric–electrochromic platform that harvests heat from food and converts it into a visible color change. N‐type and p‐type hydrogel thermoelectric generators connected in series power anthocyanin‐based electrochromic displays, demonstrating the feasibility of safe, biodegradable, ingestible systems for on‐food ...

Exponentially Adiabatic Switching in Quantum-Dot Cellular Automata

open access: yesJournal of Low Power Electronics and Applications, 2018
We calculate the excess energy transferred into two-dot and three-dot quantum dot cellular automata systems during switching events. This is the energy that must eventually be dissipated as heat.
