A Small Power Switching Mode Power Supply Based on TOP Switch
2009 International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence, 2009In designing low power switching mode power supply (SMPS), its functions, tech-parameter and cost should be considered at the same time. TOP Switch has stronger functions than the discrete components. It is easy and flexible to design SMPS based on TOP Switch and the products always get less cost. SMPS based on UC3842 or UC3843 is compared with the one

A self-powered supply circuit for switching mode power supply
2017 IEEE 12th International Conference on ASIC (ASICON), 2017The paper presents a self-powered supply circuit for high-voltage switching mode power supply (SMPS), such as buck or flyback. It can make whole SMPS converters more efficient. The proposed supply circuit is realized by the energy recycling of power MOSFET switching procedure. Firstly, dV/dt at the drain terminal of power MOSFET is detected.

INTELEC '82 - International Telecommunications Energy Conference, 1982
A companion paper (New and Wittey) describes a new Power Equipment Rack concept. The present paper describes the design of a SMPS for the new rack. The SMPS operates on 240V 50Hz s.p. A.C., producing a nominal 28A D.C. at a preset level between 52 and 58V D.C.
