A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.

Coarse‐grained (left) and atomistic (right) models of the shape memory polymer ESTANE ETE 75DT3 are shown schematically. The two representations bridge molecular detail and mesoscopic description. Both models capture shape memory behavior, linking segmental mobility and conformational relaxation of anisotropic chains to macroscopic recovery, and ...

AGI Simulation Framework: Emergent Behavior via Symbolic Cognitive Agents
This project presents a symbolic AGI simulation framework developed and tested from 2022 to 2025 under the AxoSync research initiative. The framework features autonomous multi-agent cognition using a symbolic reasoning engine, ethical decision-making ...

From Shear to Sound: Mechanics–Acoustics Mapping of TPMS Lattices
Triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) lattices are mapped across mechanical and acoustic performance, revealing that descriptors validated in compression fail under shear. First‐time comparison with trusses included. A transition from porous to resonance‐driven absorption emerges at 25% density.

Symbolic Simulation--Techniques and Applications
Symbolic simulation involves evaluating circuit behavior using special symbolic values to encode a range of circuit operating conditions. In one simulation run, a symbolic simulator can compute what would require many runs of a traditional simulator ...

MULTIAGENT SYMBOL SYSTEMS AND BEHAVIOR-BASED ROBOTS
Abstract This paper reviews and extends a formal model of multiagent symbol systems that define emergent symbolic behavior as a result of collective activities of very simple purely reactive components of the system. The formal model—the colony of grammars—is conceptually and technically rooted in the theory of formal grammars and languages (especially

Precipitation Simulations of the O‐Phase in Ti2AlNb Alloys Processed by Laser Powder Bed Fusion
Simulated and experimental evolution of the O‐phase volume fraction during postprocessing of a Ti‐21Al‐25Nb (at.%) alloy processed by laser powder bed fusion. With results of sensitivity to input parameters from a thorough and quantified analysis, the interfacial energy matrix/precipitate is the most relevant input parameter for the simulation of the O‐

SUBJECTIVE AGE BIASES AMONG ADOLESCENT GIRLS [PDF]
Until now, the concept of subjective age has only been used to segment the mature market. Research on consumer behavior has shown the effects of a youthful bias, the tendency to see oneself as younger.
