We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

An embedding theorem for certain quasi-residual designs is proved and is used to construct a series of symmetric designs with upsilon a = (1 + 16 + ... + 16(m))9 + 16(m+1), k = (1 + 16 + ... + 16(m))9, and lambda =(1 + 16 + + 16(m-1))9 + 16(m) . 3, for a non-negative integer m.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Flag algebras of a symmetric design
If a symmetric design is either the point-hyperplane design of a projective space or the complement of a projective space over a field of order two then the algebra on the flags of the design has a natural extension to a seven-dimensional algebra of an association scheme.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Projection Cubes of Symmetric Designs
We introduce a new type of $n$-dimensional generalization of symmetric $(v,k,λ)$ block designs. We prove upper bounds on the dimension $n$ in terms of $v$ and $k$. We also define the corresponding concept of $n$-dimensional difference sets, and extend some classic families of difference sets to higher dimensions.

Symmetric Step-Apodized Distributed Feedback Fiber Laser With Improved Efficiency
We propose and demonstrate a symmetric step-apodized distributed feedback (DFB) fiber laser, which has an improved efficiency and a narrow linewidth. This special DFB laser cavity is based on a unique symmetric step-apodized π-phase-shifted fiber ...

Core asymmetry influence on transmission line parameters of three‐core power cables
Time‐domain reflectometry applied for power cable diagnostics employs transmission line parameters to determine signal shape and delay. This paper proposes to utilize pulse reflection measurement to evaluate the symmetry of a three‐core power cable as ...
