Magnetism and Nonlinear Charge Transport in NiFe2O4/γ‐Al2O3/SrTiO3 Heterostructure: Toward Spintronic Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In this report, we demonstrate that a crystalline phase of 52nm thick NiFe2O4 can be grown by RF sputtering on top of γ‐Al2O3(8nm)/SrTiO3 at a significantly low temperature (150 °C) without compromising the mobility and carrier density of the 2D electron gas at the γ‐Al2O3(8nm)/SrTiO3 interface.

Predicting Taxi-Calling Demands Using Multi-Feature and Residual Attention Graph Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory Networks

open access: yesISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information, 2022
Predicting taxi-calling demands at the urban area level is vital to coordinate the supply–demand balance of the urban taxi system. Differing travel patterns, the impact of external data, and the expression of dynamic spatiotemporal demand dependence pose

Pixelation‐Free, Monolithic Iontronic Pressure Sensors Enabling Large‐Area Simultaneous Pressure and Position Recognition via Machine Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A pixelation‐free, monolithic iontronic pressure sensor enables simultaneous pressure and position sensing over large areas. AC‐driven ion release generates spatially varying impedance pathways depending on the pressure. Machine learning algorithms effectively decouple overlapping pressure–position signals from the multichannel outputs, achieving high ...

Instant gait classification for hip osteoarthritis patients: a non-wearable sensor approach utilizing Pearson correlation, SMAPE, and GMM

open access: yesBiomedical Engineering Letters
This study aims to establish a methodology for classifying gait patterns in patients with hip osteoarthritis without the use of wearable sensors. Although patients with the same pathological condition may exhibit significantly different gait patterns, an

Harnessing the Orientation of Columnar Discotic Liquid Crystals for Narrowband Blue Emission with Enhanced Out‐Coupling Efficiency Toward Improvement of SP‐OLEDs Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Solution‐processed OLEDs containing discotic liquid‐crystalline MR‐TADF emitters are reported. Supramolecular self‐assembly induces homeotropic columnar alignment, enforcing preferential horizontal orientation of the emitter transition dipole moment in spin‐coated films, which leads to an enhancement in the device light outcoupling efficiency while ...

Bridge Dynamic Strain Prediction Based on Stacked GRU Neural Network [PDF]

open access: yesJisuanji gongcheng
As important infrastructures, bridges may face considerable safety hazards due to the long-term influence of the natural environment and daily loads. Therefore, the health status of bridge structures must be monitored and predicted in real time.

The Distribution of the Largest Non-trivial Eigenvalues in Families of Random Regular Graphs

open access: yes, 2008
Recently Friedman proved Alon's conjecture for many families of d-regular graphs, namely that given any epsilon > 0 `most' graphs have their largest non-trivial eigenvalue at most 2 sqrt{d-1}+epsilon in absolute value; if the absolute value of the ...
