Ising Solver Using Vertical NAND Flash Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Commercial V‐NAND flash memory is repurposed as a discrete‐time Ising solver by exploiting in‐memory current summation and read‐voltage‐controlled intrinsic noise. The system implements Hopfield neural‐network updates with simulated‐annealing‐like behavior, solving max‐cut problems with high accuracy and energy efficiency while using mass‐produced ...

Segmented Therapeutic Delivery via Acoustic Microbubble Relay

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
An acoustically driven, modular segmented delivery system is presented to overcome mechanical limitations of conventional microcatheters. Oscillating microbubbles generate directional streaming that enables continuous, targeted transport across open, angled segments.

Dunkl-semiclassical orthogonal polynomials. The symmetric case.

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, we introduce a new class of symmetric orthogonal polynomials that generalizes the class of Dunkl-classical ones.

Symmetric polynomials, Pascal matrices, and Stirling matrices

open access: yes, 2008
We consider lower-triangular matrices consisting of symmetric polynomials, and we show how to factorize and invert them. Since binomial coefficients and Stirling numbers can be represented in terms of symmetric polynomials, these results contain ...

Relative symmetric polynomials and money change problem

open access: yes, 2013
This article is devoted to the number of non-negative solutions of the linear Diophantine equation a₁t₁ + a₂t₂ + ⋯ + antn = d, where a₁,…,an, and d are positive integers.

Skew Divided Difference Operators and Schubert Polynomials

open access: yesSymmetry, Integrability and Geometry: Methods and Applications, 2007
We study an action of the skew divided difference operators on the Schubert polynomials and give an explicit formula for structural constants for the Schubert polynomials in terms of certain weighted paths in the Bruhat order on the symmetric group.

Singular random matrix decompositions: Jacobians. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
For a singular random matrix Y, we find the Jacobians associated with the following decompositions; QR, Polar, Singular Value (SVD), L'U, L'DM and modified QR (QDR).

The Symmetric Meixner-Pollaczek polynomials

open access: yes, 2003
The Symmetric Meixner-Pollaczek polynomials are considered. We denote these polynomials in this thesis by pn(λ)(x) instead of the standard notation pn(λ) (x/2, π/2), where λ > 0. The limiting case of these sequences of polynomials pn(0) (x) =limλ→0 pn(

Research on Evaporation Characteristics and Safe Storage Duration of Marine Liquid Hydrogen Storage Tanks Under the Coupling Effect of Heat Leakage and Sloshing

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Liquid hydrogen, a zero‐carbon and high–energy‐density fuel, is a promising option for future oceangoing vessels. During maritime transportation, onboard cryogenic tanks are exposed to ambient heat leakage and ship‐induced roll motion, which can trigger sloshing and fundamentally modify the coupled thermo‐fluid processes governing boil‐off and
