Characterization of Graphs Without Even F $F$‐Orientations

open access: yesJournal of Graph Theory, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT A graph G $G$ is 1‐extendable if every edge belongs to at least one 1‐factor of G $G$. Let G $G$ be a graph with a 1‐factor F $F$. Then an even (odd) F $F$ ‐orientation of G $G$ is an orientation in which each F $F$‐alternating cycle has exactly an even (odd) number of edges directed in the same fixed direction around the cycle.

NTECARS: A Nonthermal Equilibrium CARS Spectra Fitting Code

open access: yesJournal of Raman Spectroscopy, EarlyView.
We present NTECARS, an open‐source code written in Julia for the calculation and fitting of CARS spectra under nonequilibrium conditions. Rovibrational distributions can be flexibly modeled and fitted for different use cases. The code currently implements CO2$$ \mathrm{C}{\mathrm{O}}_2 $$ and N2$$ {\mathrm{N}}_2 $$ molecules and is validated under ...

Qualitative Analysis of Biogas by Raman Spectroscopy: Effect of Pressure on Major Components

open access: yesJournal of Raman Spectroscopy, EarlyView.
Raman spectra of major and selected minor biogas components were studied under pressures up to 100 bar. Pressure‐induced shifts and band broadening were quantified for methane, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen, while Raman spectra of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide are presented in the context of biogas quality monitoring.

Raman Spectroscopy and Generative Variational Autoencoders for Metallurgical Coke Quality Prediction

open access: yesJournal of Raman Spectroscopy, EarlyView.
An integrated soft sensor framework combining standardized Raman spectroscopy, synergy‐vector feature selection, variational autoencoder‐based data augmentation, and regression models (kNN, PLS, and SVR) predicts metallurgical coke quality (CSR and DI).

Three‐Dimensional Optical Characterization of Magnetostrictive Deformation in Magnomechanical Systems

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
An optical approach is proposed for real‐time and high‐precision detection of the magnetostrictive deformation of an yttrium‐iron‐garnet sphere in three dimensions, based on the deformation induced spatial high‐order modes of the scattered field, postselection, and balanced homodyne detection.
