Fractional integral Chebyshev inequality without synchronous functions condition
In this paper, we use the Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals to establish some new integral inequalities related to the Chebyshev inequality in the case where the synchronicity of the given functions is replaced by another condition.

Chebyshev type inequalities for Hilbert space operators [PDF]
We establish several operator extensions of the Chebyshev inequality. The main version deals with the Hadamard product of Hilbert space operators.

Glufosinate constrains synchronous and metachronous metastasis by promoting anti‐tumor macrophages
Glutamine synthetase (GS) generates glutamine from glutamate and controls the release of inflammatory mediators. In macrophages, GS activity, driven by IL10, associates to the acquisition of M2‐like functions.

Cardiorespiratory coupling functions, synchronization and ageing [PDF]
We discuss the advent of coupling functions as a new dimension in the analysis of cardiorespiratory interactions. By decomposing the separate coupling components in a phase oscillator model, we infer the cardiorespiratory coupling functions with dynamical Bayesian inference for time-evolving and noisy coupled systems.

Analysis of virtual synchronous generator control and its response based on transfer functions
Virtual Synchronous Generator (VSG) control has been proposed as a means to control power electronics converter interfaced generation and storage which retains the dynamics of the conventional synchronous machine.

Formalization and Correctness of the PALS Architectural Pattern for Distributed Real-Time Systems [PDF]
Many Distributed Real-Time Systems (DRTS), such as integrated modular avionics systems and distributed control systems in motor vehicles, are made up of a collection of components communicating asynchronously among themselves and with their environment

Chaotic synchronization of memristive neurons: Lyapunov function versus Hamilton function [PDF]
AbstractIn this paper, we consider a 5-dimensional Hindmarsh–Rose neuron model. This improved version of the original model shows rich dynamical behaviors, including a chaotic super-bursting regime. This regime promises a greater information encoding capacity than the standard bursting activity.

Considering the requirement of high accuracy and nonlinear problems in drive systems, a novel adaptive position tracking control approach based on neural networks is presented for permanent magnet synchronous motors with full-state constraints.

Landscapes of synchronous multiple primary cancers detected by next‐generation sequencing
An increase in the detection rate of multiple primary cancers has been accompanied with declining cancer death rates over the past few decades. However, synchronous multiple primary tumors have gradually increased, and the molecular mechanisms involved ...
