Harnessing ferroptosis from multilayer defense networks to nanoplatforms for specific cancer therapy
Nanomaterials target metabolically‐regulated ferroptosis for cancer therapy. Iron‐based or alternative nanoplatforms integrate ferroptosis with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy. They enable stimulus‐responsive therapies (photothermal, photodynamic, sonodynamic) activated by near‐infrared, light, or ultrasound, achieving potent synergistic ...

Programmable three‐state nanoreactor for spatiotemporally controlled tumor therapy
The OMVs are shielded with a biocompatible Da–Ca shell, which prolongs its circulation period and promotes intratumoral accumulation. Importantly, the biocompatible Da–Ca shell can be controllably disintegrated in tumor microenvironment by using laser irradiation, generating in situ hyperthermia and releasing Ca2+.

Synchronous uterine adenocarcinoma and leiomyosarcoma – a case study
Synchronous gynecological cancers are rarely described. Those cases account for approximately up to 6% of female genital tract malignancies. The presence of synchronous endometrial adenocarcinoma and gynecological tract neoplasia is rare – the most ...

The mechanism of HA‐DS@PLGA nanoparticles co‐delivering DOX and SNAP (an NO donor) to suppress tumor growth, remodel the tumor microenvironment, and enhance antitumor immune responses for effective combinatorial cancer therapy. Abstract Cancer therapeutic efficacy is significantly influenced by tumor immunosuppressive environment possibly induced by ...
